Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; completion of UMMC Project Search preferred.
• Five years of work experience may substitute for education.
• Experience stocking, replenishment or inventory in hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets/databases and related software.

Responsibilities

• Audit and manage replenishment system and resolve issues.
• Operate replenishment software per policy and procedures.
• Set up area equipment and verify stock accuracy.
• Monitor expired stock and proper rotation, report issues.
• Ensure stock storage compliance with safety standards.
• Deliver and verify incoming shipments to assigned destinations.
• Order supplies and process internal requests.
• Create daily tracking reports for changes and inventory.
• Coordinate fleet responsibilities and scheduling.
