Henry Ford Health is seeking a Point of Use Specialist for our Detroit OR inventory team. You will support procedural case cart picking, document supplies, assist clinicians, and perform audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and documentation in the Epic system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and execution capabilities.
• Strong workflow and time management skills.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct case cart picking for procedural supplies in the Operating Room inventory locations.
• Support clinicians, including RN Circulators, Scrub Techs, and Physicians, during procedures.
• Perform audits and reconciliation after cases to ensure proper documentation and inventory management.
• Assist with inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the Epic Medical Record during procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure all preference card products are available prior to surgeries.
