Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of OR experience, RN license in NJ and leadership abilities, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support surgeons and staff and ensure timely case starts and efficient room

Qualifications

• Three to five years of operating room/surgical experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and ensure cases proceed as planned with the perioperative team.
• Review OR schedule and ensure availability of equipment, implants and staff training.
• Lead inventory management and participate in equipment planning and cost containment.
