Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license to work at the assigned Hackensack Meridian Health location.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate and coordinate care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
