Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operating room operations as an RN, provide comprehensive patient care, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development including orientation and training.
• Monitor department budget, expenses, and supplies to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Handle employee relations and confidentiality; support survey readiness and committee activities.
