Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care within nursing services. You will plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients, applying a holistic approach that considers physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual well-being.

The role requires current Florida RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and CNOR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred - PALS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• CNOR Preferred.
• 2 years of OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Provide holistic nursing care considering physical, developmental, emotional, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and functional status.
• Follow established nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Document accurately and ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
• Educate peers, patients, and families; support service excellence and healing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
