Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Main Hospital Operating Room. The OR RN will plan and perform nursing care for a variety of acuity levels during operative phases, ensuring safety and quality in a high-tech surgery suite, including robotic procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Operating Room experience highly preferred.
• BSN or ADN currently enrolled in a BSN program preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct patient care and education, serving as a leader of the patient care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide safe environment during the surgical procedure in the operating room.
• Support the OR team in a fast-paced, high-tech surgery suite.
