• Provide care to patients in the Operating Room for medical or surgical conditions.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and plans of care.
• Interact with physicians and other hospital departments.
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services.
• Act as patient advocate.
• Participate in staff meetings and unit activities.
