Job summary

LaborEdge, LLC seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to deliver specialized perioperative care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring patient safety, efficacy of procedures, and strict infection control.

You will scrub in for procedures, assist the surgical team with instruments, prep patients, maintain a sterile environment, monitor for hazards, and provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.

Qualifications

Assess and monitor surgical patients’ physiological and psychosocial status and implement nursing care plans.
Scrub in for procedures, prepare and pass instruments, and assist the surgical team as directed.
Clean and disinfect surgical sites, prepare patients for surgery, and ensure all pre-op requirements are met.
Adhere to infection control protocols, including sterile technique and safety standards.
Accurately record patient history, surgical details, and postoperative plans in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
