Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• This position requires previous OR RN experience and may have a commitment to on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions and revise plan as needed.
• Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
