Job summary

Minimum education is graduation from a nursing program with an active Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC license and BLS certification. Advanced certifications and a bachelor's degree are preferred, especially in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license; BLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities with the care team and ensure standards of practice are followed.
• Maintain professional development and accountability within hospital policies.
