Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.

• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Teach patients and families to understand health conditions and treatments.
• Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Participate in performance reviews and staff development.
