Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a qualified registered nurse for a high-volume operating room position in Denver, Colorado.

The role requires an active RN license and 1+ year of OR experience, with proficiency in transplant procedures and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. You will work in a cutting-edge surgical environment with a 16-suite main OR, across procedures including total joints, spine, robotics, vascular, ENT and plastics, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year OR nursing experience
• Proficiency with transplant procedures
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork required
• CNOR certification and 3+ years OR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe perioperative nursing care in a high-volume OR
• Prepare surgical rooms and maintain sterile environments for a broad range of cases
• Coordinate and communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technical staff
• Respond effectively during high-pressure situations and on-call shifts
• Uphold all facility policies and clinical standards
