Job summary

Indiana University Health North Operating Room is seeking an RN with at least 1 year of general experience, with OR experience preferred. You will join a collaborative surgical team delivering high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients across general, ortho, urology, ENT, breast, gynecology, robotics, and vascular surgeries, excluding neuro and cardiac.

The role emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and opportunities to advance clinical expertise within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an IN/NLC compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other ALS may be required by unit.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; OR experience preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, CSTs and OR assistants to provide exceptional care.
• Care for adult and pediatric OR patients across a wide range of procedures.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with a focus on teamwork and safety.
