Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; peri-op 101 or equivalent.
• New graduates or those with less than one year may be referred to RN Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per nursing process and coordinates care for assigned patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Documents in EMR and adheres to standards and policies (DNV etc.).
• Participates in discharge planning and PI initiatives.
