Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team and ensure clear communication across care continuum.
• Use critical thinking to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; respect patient values and culture.
