Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. You will provide and coordinate patient care across the nursing process in a fast-paced surgical environment with 16 operating rooms and diverse procedures.

The ideal candidate completes an accredited nursing program, holds an active RN license in the state, and has BLS certification. At least one year of OR experience is preferred, with a schedule that is Monday–Friday days and some on-call

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
At least one year of previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
