Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in Tampa, Florida. This role supports education programs within the department and collaborates with leadership to design and deliver learning experiences.

The position requires an MSN and Florida RN licensure, with at least three years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Office Suite familiarity with additional tools preferred. 36 hours weekly, days, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with at least 3 years related experience.
• Current Florida RN licensure to practice.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Access, Project, Publisher, and FrontPage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and manages education projects and formal transition programs.
• Delivers training and facilitates organizational change.
• Leads and coordinates the learning function and coaching of staff.
• Supports career planning, talent management, and knowledge management.
• Oversees divisional education activities and ensures alignment with hospital mission and values.
• Contributes to clinical professional development across the organization.
