Job summary
ARMStaffing in Fort Mohave, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will work 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM with call requirements shared with other RNs, handling scheduled and emergency procedures including C-sections while upholding patient safety.
The role requires 1–2 years in acute care, OR experience with general, endoscopy, orthopedic, OB and GYN cases. You will collaborate with the surgical team and maintain OR equipment and strict infection
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with compact RN license or Arizona RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred (PALS can be obtained on-site).
- 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility, preferably in an operating room setting.
- Experience with general, endoscopy, orthopedic, OB, and GYN cases is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective patient care.
- Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
