Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN required; BSN education from an accredited institution.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
• Plan and prepare individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and deliver care, managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate responses and revise plans; ensure accurate documentation and professionalism.
