• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Registered Nurse License-NYS.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
• Documents patient assessment, reassessment, progress toward goals, and required documentation timely.
• Promotes patient safety and quality including adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with the health care team.
• Administers medication and parenteral therapy in accordance with policy.
• Establishes priorities for patient care and coordinates care independently or with delegation.
• Provides patient/family education and assists in discharge planning.
