Job summary

WellSpan Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Circulator to provide professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level in a patient-centered unit. This part-time role supports day shift coverage with 8-hour shifts and a biweekly 40-hour schedule.

You will act as a primary nurse for assigned patients, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and uphold clinical standards and patient safety across the unit. BLS is required, with ACLS/PALS as needed by unit assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Circulator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates direct care in accordance with patient-centered care and nursing process.
• Safely administers prescribed treatments, medications and nursing interventions.
• Organizes and prioritizes time based on patient condition and workload; communicates patient needs during handoffs.
• Documents patient responses and progress toward outcomes; uses EMR and flow sheets.
