Job summary

Surgery Center of Boerne is seeking a Part-Time Operating Room Nurse to serve as the RN Circulator. The Circulator will provide nursing care during surgery, position and prep the patient, and circulate the case in a busy ambulatory setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, with at least 1 year of circulator experience. Shift flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Experience in surgical procedures in the listed specialties as applicable.
