Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• MA RN license (or eligibility).
• 1–3 years operating room nursing experience.
• BLS certification and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to surgical patients and perform nursing judgments.
• Develop and implement care plans; evaluate patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for safe, efficient patient flow.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for patient needs.
• Maintain competencies and participate in quality improvement activities.
