Job summary
Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, DE is seeking a Patient Care RN - Operating Room with at least three years of OR RN hospital experience. This is a full-time position at the Kent Campus with a variable shift.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state.
- BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required per manager's direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, professional nursing care in the OR.
- Develop a patient-centered plan of care.
- Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
- Document patient care timely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians to determine best treatment decisions.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes as applicable.
