The RN will provide perioperative nursing care in a state-of-the-art operating room, collaborating with a high-performing team in a nationally recognized health system known for nursing excellence and Magnet status.

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedicated to acquiring within three years of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Operating Room RN experience required
• CNOR certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Join Christiana Hospital's OR nursing team and contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care for diverse procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize patient outcomes
