Montage Health in Pacific Grove, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to plan, direct and provide specialized nursing care under the supervision of the department leadership. The role emphasizes quality of care, safety, teamwork and strong patient relations while maintaining a broad nursing knowledge during perioperative care.

The position features 12-hour shifts from 6:30pm to 7:00am, with 60 hours per pay period and on-call responsibilities in accordance with hospital

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year operating room nursing experience in acute care hospital or multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center.
• Acute care hospital operating room experience within the last five years preferred.
• Computer documentation skills preferred.
• Scrub experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Orient new staff, precept students, and relieve charge nurse as oriented and assigned.
• Applies the nursing process to perform circulating and/or scrub nurse duties for procedures in Surgical Services.
• Must be able to take call per hospital on-call policy guidelines.
