Job summary

Ingenovis Health is partnering with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan to staff Stepdown RN roles across the United States, including Virginia Beach. The nurse will monitor patients requiring frequent assessments, administer medications, and provide hands-on care in a flexible, travel-ready capacity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the stepdown/acute care setting
• Active nursing license in one of the 50 US states
• Additional certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring frequent assessment and ongoing observation
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care as ordered
• Detect changes in patient condition and escalate as needed

Job description

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:
