Job summary

Somerset Ambulatory Surgical Center in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Operating Room Circulator RN. The Circulating RN will position and prep patients, and circulate cases across specialties including General Surgery, Pain Management, Urology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedics.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, with a minimum of one year of Circulator experience and sound nursing judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case during surgery.
• Experience in general surgery, pain management, urology, gastroenterology, orthopedics.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Somerset Ambulatory Surgical Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: General Surgery, Pain Management, Urology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay Range: $44.00 - $48.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
