Job summary

North Shore Surgical Center in Illinois is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR Circulator RN) to provide nursing care during surgical cases. The Circulating RN will position and prep patients, then circulate the case across multiple specialties within a fast-paced ASC.

Experience as a Circulator is highly preferred; required skills include nursing judgment, active IL RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as per center policy. Competitive benefits & pay range are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state of Illinois.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR Circulator RN)

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, IVF, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator highly preferred
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay range

Min $40.60 - Max $47.00
