St. Mary's Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role offers a 5K sign-on bonus and no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements, promoting strong work-life balance.

The RN will support multiple surgical specialties, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the surgical team to maintain high standards of care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum three years of operating room nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the operating room for various procedures.
• Assess and monitor patients during surgery, ensuring safety.
• Administer medications and assist with anesthesia as needed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and aseptic conditions.
• Provide postoperative care and coordinate recovery.
• Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Serve as backup scrub tech when required.

Responsibilities:
