North Shore Surgical Center is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator RN) to provide nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will position andPrep patients and circulate cases across ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, IVF, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry and Urology.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active state RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient, prepping the patient and circulating the case during surgery.
• Assist with nursing care and decision making based on nursing judgment.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR Circulator RN)

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, IVF, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator highly preferred
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay range: Min $40.60 - Max $47.00
