Qualifications

• RN with perioperative/OR experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, readiness, and patient-preparation skills.
• Ability to circulate and/or scrub with proficiency.
• Expertise in sterile technique and surgical workflow.
• Effective teamwork and communication with surgeons, anesthesia, and the care team.
• Accurate documentation and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assess and prepare patients for surgery.
• Perform circulating and/or scrub duties for a variety of procedures.
• Advocate for patients throughout the perioperative experience.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and manage surgical instrumentation and supplies.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams and complete perioperative records.
