Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to provide safe, patient-centered perioperative care within an academic-affiliated healthcare environment.

You will perform pre-operative assessments, serve as circulator and scrub nurse, maintain sterile technique, monitor patients during procedures, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to support efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and strong perioperative nursing knowledge.
• Proficiency with sterile technique and perioperative documentation.
• Excellent clinical judgment, patient assessment, and intraoperative monitoring skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsabilités
