Location: 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming, Georgia, 30041
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Schedule: Days 8x4 32hours/week

Location: Northside Forsyth Outpatient Surgery, 1055 Haw Creek Parkway, Suite 1, Cumming, GA 30041

Schedule: M–F, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM

Coverage: Rotating late coverage; float to 1800 and Main OR to obtain hours

Local Rule: No local candidates within 50 miles

Experience: 2+ years of recent specialty experience

Required: AHA BLS

Preferred: ACLS

Role: OR RN – Circulator

Holiday: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays + 1 minor holiday

Compliance: Due Wednesday prior to Monday start
