This role supports patients through the surgical experience while serving as a clinical advocate in a highly coordinated procedural environment.

About the Role

The OR RN will primarily support circulating duties, surgical preparation, intraoperative documentation, patient safety checks, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical technologists, and perioperative leaders. The ideal candidate understands the importance of readiness, anticipation, and precision in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and immediately after surgical procedures.
• Serve as circulating nurse and advocate for the patient throughout the surgical case.
