Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time role in the Operating Room supports nurses and physicians in patient care, with a 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shift and a 40-hour week.

• BLS CPR certification required or obtainable during orientation.
• No prior experience required, but preferred pathways include STNA/CNA or Patient Care Technician training.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Check vitals such as temperature, heartbeat, and breathing.
• Assist patients with mobility, dressing, and meals.
• Collect samples like urine and report changes to a nurse.
• Support patient walks and hygiene; assist with weighing patients.
