Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Nursing – Operating Room to lead a perioperative nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. You will oversee day-to-day OR operations, staffing, and workflow to keep cases efficient while prioritizing patient safety.

You will partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and support services to promote evidence-based practice, infection control, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring nurses and supporting ongoing

Supervisor of Clinical Nursing – Operating Room

Lead a perioperative nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care by overseeing day-to-day operating room operations. Manage staffing, nurse assignments, and workflow to keep surgical cases efficient while maintaining patient safety. Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and support services to promote evidence-based practice, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and evaluate perioperative nurses, including supporting orientation and ongoing education.
