Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an RN Staff Team Leader for the Operating Room on the Evening Shift (Part Time). The role oversees perioperative care, directs ancillary staff, and ensures safe, efficient surgical flows across multiple ORs.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, MA RN license, BLS, and CNOR preferred, with 2–3 years OR experience and strong communication skills for team leadership and patient relations.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current MA RN license; BLS required; CNOR preferred.
• Experience: At least two-three years of operating room nursing experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and exceptional patient relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise ancillary staff to deliver safe perioperative care.
• Coordinate intraoperative care and equipment, instrumentation, and supply needs.
• Provide orientation and education for staff in the specialty area.

Education
