Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced RN for Ambulatory Surgery in Burlington, MA. The role features 32 hours weekly across two 12‑hour evenings and one 8‑hour shift, with priorities on patient safety, rapid turnover, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have a Nursing Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), MA RN license, and BLS; ACLS preferred. The team offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities in general surgery, transplant, orthopedic, and more.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ASN, BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in acute care or sub-acute setting.
• Current Massachusetts registered Nurse license.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Ambulatory Surgery with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary services to ensure rapid patient turnover.
• Maintain complete charting and documentation using EPIC system.
• Support post-anesthesia care and transition to PACU as needed.
