Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman Operating Room RN position seeks a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care within a 4-bed OR team. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and teammates to ensure safe, compassionate surgical care from pre-op to recovery.

The role requires an accredited nursing program, state RN license, and BLS; 1 year of OR experience is preferred. Schedule features three 10-hour shifts, M-F with occasional on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Prefer 1 year OR nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards and policies.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
