Job summary

Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse-OR for full‑time first shift in Lexington, KY (0645-1915). A $15,000 sign-on is available for qualified individuals. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and providing direct care, and supervising care delivery in the Operating Room.

On-call weekends/holidays rotate. Requirements include Kentucky RN licensure, a nursing degree (BSN or ADN), BLS (with 30 days to obtain if needed), and possible ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and work permit in Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class completion as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop a patient care plan.
• Provide direct care and oversee patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership and support for quality care.
• On-call requirements weekends/holidays rotate.
