Qualifications

BSN required for position.

Responsibilities

Collects and analyzes data, develops an individualized plan, coordinates care, and evaluates progress.
Directs care and utilizes assistants as appropriate.
Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents plan of care.
Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions and updates the care plan accordingly.
Uses evidence to guide practice decisions.
