Job Summary

The Nurse Clinical Leader will participate in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care and developing programs to support clinical care aligned with the mission and goals of Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital, as well as compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care operations, ensuring quality care for patients across all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Clinical Leader will promote the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in a best-practice environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
• Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts required
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or managerial experience required
• Adherence to all C.A.R.E. standards
• Alignment with staff nurse job expectations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate practice, recommend changes, and identify outcomes in collaboration with the Nursing Director
• Experience in planning and implementing educational initiatives
• Act as a resource and mentor to staff
