Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse required
  • Med/Surg experience required, 5+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of successful functioning in the charge role.
  • Prior clinical leader experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to plan and implement educational opportunities
  • Act as a resource and mentor
  • High level of proficiency and innovation in use of electronic health record.
  • High level of accountability and proactiveness in individual and group work.
