Job summary

Toms River Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), is seeking a per diem Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) in Toms River, NJ. The Circulating RN preps and positions patients and circulates the surgical case across GI, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastic, and Podiatry services.

Qualifications include an accredited RN program, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 1 year as a Circulator.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in NJ.
• BLS, ACLS or PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Toms River Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: GI, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Pay Range:

$49.00 - $53.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
