Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Registered Nurse license (AR) upon hire
• CPR (BLS) within 14 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment and monitors changes in status
• Coordinates collection of physiologic data including vital signs, labs, and diagnostics
• Documents assessments in compliance with hospital policy

• ASSESSMENT
• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
• Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.

*We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.
