Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, part of CommonSpirit Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Required qualifications include an accredited nursing degree and AR RN license; CPR on hire, ACLS/PALS within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license required (AR) upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire; ACLS/PALS within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Documents assessment in accordance with hospital policy.
• Initiates Patient Goal/Problem List or Clinical Path on admission.
• Develops Plan of Care to support patient goals and medical plan.
• Obtains and verifies physician orders for procedures, medications, therapies.
• Ensures consent and documentation for procedures, therapies, and research.
• Ensures availability of supplies to perform ordered procedures.

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.

*We are offering a **sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift** to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.*
