Baylor Surgicare Centennial, operated in partnership with USPI, is hiring a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to join a specialized team in Frisco, TX. The Circulator will position and prep patients, circulate cases, and support multiple specialties in a high-quality ambulatory setting.

The role emphasizes weekday schedules with no holidays, weekends, nights, or on-call requirements, complemented by a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• Experience in the operating room as a Circulator preferred
• Ability to position and prep patients and advance cases safely
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Flexibility to work weekday shifts in a fast-paced setting

Registered Nurse Operating Room at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial:

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Ophthalmology, Colon & Rectal Surgery, etc.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS required, ACLS, PALS preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
