Job summary

Baylor Surgicare at Carrollton is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator to join a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.

Weekdays only with no holidays or on-call; responsibilities include positioning, prepping and circulating cases. OR experience in Orthopedic/Spine/Total Joints and Pain Management preferred. Texas RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS required. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered and free lunch is provided daily.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one year OR experience required.
• Experience with Orthopedic, Spine, Total Joints and Pain Management strongly preferred.
• Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse
• Current in BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Assist in maintaining sterile technique and patient safety while cases are in progress.

Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator at Baylor Surgicare at Carrollton

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedic, Spine, Total Joints and Pain Management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) years previous OR experience REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one (1) year previous experience with Orthopedic, Spine, Total Joints and Pain Management strongly preferred.
• Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse
• Current in BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred
